Installation Steps
1. Choose the Right Placement
-
Side Wall or Back Wall: Mount it midway or lower on a side or back wall, pointing slightly upward to circulate water across the tank.
-
Avoid Substrate Stirring: Keep it off the bottom to avoid blowing debris or sand around.
-
Avoid Direct Flow at Fish or Decorations: Gentle but wide flow is best.
2. Mount the Wave Maker
-
Clean the Glass First: Wipe the inside tank glass where you’ll attach the suction cup. Remove algae or debris for better grip.
-
Use Suction Cup Firmly: Press the suction cup firmly against the glass to ensure a secure hold. If it keeps falling off, soak the cup in hot water for 5 minutes to soften it and increase adhesion.
3. Adjust the Direction
-
Rotate the head to direct water flow toward the surface or diagonally across the tank for maximum circulation.
-
The 360° adjustable design allows you to eliminate dead spots and target specific areas
