SECTION 11 – REFUND POLICY
Purchasers are requested to know the desired product, read the specification and purchase the product from www.skaquatic.com. Any product shipped from www.skaquatic.com is broken, crake, damaged, not working are eligible for refund policy. If the parcel is delivered in damaged condition like cotton box torn, smashed or damaged ” Purchasers” are strictly not to receive those kind of parcels, and reject the parcel by informed the parcel outer package is damaged as the reason for not accepting the parcel and inform us via email or call, if the parcel is received from the courier service people at damaged condition, then refund policy will not be applicable and Umino.in will not take any responsibility for the damage of the product if any. Products once purchased from www.skaquatic.com will never be applicable for refund at any cause provided, Refund policy will be applicable only if there is going to be any change in the product items, specifications, colour mentioned in www.skaquatic.com. However colour of any of the product may vary slighting from the image shown in www.skaquatic.com and product sent to the purchasers. However there wouldn’t be a family colour change of the product. The product sizes are mentioned in inches/centimetres/millimetre/feet which will vary product to product. Purchasers are request to read these details clearly before purchasers the product from www.skaquatic.com. Sized mentioned in feet, centimetre, millimetre and inches are approximated values, there would be a 5% of + or – in the size from the specification with the original product. No refund or return policy will be entertained if the size difference is less than 5 % of the original product with the specification against the same. No products will be applicable for refund or return if the purchased chooses wrong product or incorrect product which does not fit his/her desired use.

Applying all the above condition, if the product is eligible for refund or return, purchasers should send an email to skauaticchennai@gmail.com with the reason for return Cleary mentioned, based on the terms of refund policy, www.skaquatic.com will validate it and approve or deny the refund of product. Purchaser has to take care of transportation charge for all refund policy applicable product/spare parts. Further refund is approved from www.skaquatic.com, www.skaquatic.com will return only the product invoice amount + sale tax amount + transportation charge amount to the purchaser’s bank account within 15 days from the date the product delivered back to www.skaquatic.com, all communication respect to refund will be communicated only through email skauaticchennai@gmail.com. Refund policy will be accepted only if all the materials/accessories/catalogue/user manual/original invoice/product box/cables/wires/fittings/spare fittings alone with product to be send by the purchases to www.skaquatic.com

SECTION 12 – CANCELLATION POLICY
www.skaquatic.com can help the purchasers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on www.skaquatic.com?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order please do so within before 6:00 PM IST from the order date and time via email and must give us a call before the product is shipped, in case order made after 6:00 PM IST , purchasers can cancel the order till next day 6:00 PM IST. Product cancel before this specified cut off time, www.skaquatic.com will refund the total invoice amount including delivery charge and deducting transaction charge of 5 % from the product total invoice and return the balance amount to the purchaser’s bank account within next 15 days from the order cancelled date.

If cancellation is after the cut off time, the product/s will be eligible only for replacement under the terms and conditions mention in Replacement Policy section. All the cancellation process and transaction details should be communicated only in email skauaticchennai@gmail.com. Please note that there may be certain orders that www.skaquatic.com are unable to accept and must cancel. www.skaquatic.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. www.skaquatic.com may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. www.skaquatic.com will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
