Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Most orders are shipped on the same business day if the order is placed before 12 PM. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days. For rural areas, the delivery may take more time.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our team within 24 hours and share a video of the damaged goods and we will replace it for you at no extra cost.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
