SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at www.skaquatic.com. The following policies outline the terms and conditions regarding shipping, cancellations, refunds, returns, damages, and replacements.
Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Shipment
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are usually shipped on the same business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to rural or remote locations, or for products that are heavy or oversized, may take additional time depending on courier availability.
In case of any significant delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp or phone call.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are processed only after successful confirmation through a phone call made by our team.
If the customer does not respond or confirm the order after three (3) call attempts, the COD order will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
You can also access your tracking number via My Account → My Orders → Track the Order.
Tracking information will become active within 12 hours of shipment.
4. Damages & Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement:
Share a clear unboxing video showing the damaged or wrong item
Retain all original packaging materials and the affected product
Upon verification, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Once you have received the product, it cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or wrong items, which can be replaced as described above.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, the refund will be issued within 10–15 days.
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp, and your refund will be processed within 2–3 days.
6. General Guidelines
Always check your order confirmation, shipping address, and product specifications before placing an order.
Keep all original packaging and invoices until the order is fully delivered and verified.
