Bubble Magus QQ2 Unboxing

The Bubble Magus QQ2 is a compact internal protein skimmer designed for saltwater aquariums. It can be used as a drop-in skimmer with a minimum 4-inch water level requirement. The skimmer features a Rock SP600 venturi pump with a needle wheel impeller that produces the right amount and size of air bubbles. The bubble plate reduces turbulence in the reaction chamber, and the unique shape of the curve skimmer body allows foam to rise unhindered to the collection cup.

The QQ2 skimmer has a footprint of 11.4L x 7.5W x 30.7H centimeters. The recommended water height is between 9.5″” – 11″”. The pump model is SP600, and the power consumption is 8.5 watts at 120VAC, 60Hz. The air draw is approximately 520 LPH, and the chiller’s supply voltage is 120V-60Hz.
